Our Organisation
Mont Blanc Group consists of four companies:
- Mont Blanc Industri AB in Sweden selling to the car industry (OES) as well as aftermarket customers, nationally and internationally
- Mont Blanc Industri UK Ltd in England selling principally to customers on the English aftermarket
- Automaxi International SAS in France selling to aftermarket customers, nationally and internationally
- Automaxi Romania in Romania manufacturing principally accessories for the other companies in the group
Ownership - Mont Blanc Group is owned by Accent Equity Partners and the Management. Accent Equity Partners is a leading lower mid-market private equity specialist in the Nordic region.
